Such disconnection behaviour may be connected to the administrator privileges settings.
Try to check if the X-solver run with the same administrator privileges of the StarGo software (see attachment, in our case works fine with both tools "without administrator privileges").
However, are you using the X-solver for Polar Align? Just to understand if is an issue connected to the X-solver, did you try to use an alternative method such as the PHD2 drift align tool?
