Question usb non riconosciuta

Buongiorno, da un paio di giorno non riesco piu a connettere la M1 
Ho cambiato tre cavi USB e diverse porte sul portatile, ho riaggiornato i driver , ho scaricato l'ultima versione, ma sempre lo stesso errore
Se mi connetto con Wifi tutto ok

Purtroppo non ho un altro pc per fare la prova, posso provare appena ho tempo a usare astroberry.
Si ho anche ricaricato il firmware, ma niente, unica cosa che ho ancora il dubbio è il reset che non so se viene effettuato.
Il difetto è cominciato con continue disconnessioni e ho cambiato il cavo per un pò sembrava funzionare ma poi un giorno non sono piu riuscito a connettermi con la montatura.
Si posso connettermi in remoto, appena ho una giornata disponibile vi avverto e vediamo cosa succede.

Puonasera. dopo parecchio tempo sono riuscito a fare delle prove con un altro PC,niente da fare la porta usb non viene riconosciuta.
Come posso avere un appuntamento in sede per un controllo o eventuale riparazione? Posso portare soltanto la parte elettronica ? in questo periodo non ho disponibilita di un mezzo idoneo per portare la montatura,
