Disable Meridian Flip was created by mpoelzl
Hello!

I've just upgraded my Stargo software and noticed the 'Disable Meridian Flip' tick box. I've read the manual but am still not sure why it is there, what it does and why I would want to or not want to use it. Could anyone please explain?

Thanks!

Mike

Hello Mike

The 'Disable Meridian Flip' option allow the mount to cross the meridian without performing the Meridian Flip. It is very helpful for Equatorial single arm fork mount as M-uno and M-zero.

That option it is there because the StarGo has been designed for control all our mounts (and several third party mounts). But since you have an Equatorial german classical mount as the Linear, you can ignore it.
