Important m-due: stargo2 touchscreen reacting very slow

The touch screen of the stargo2 screen is very very slowly reacting.
Swiping right or left reacts quick. PopUp-windows open after serverel atempts. I always have to let my finger on the menu button for at least 4 to 5 seconds.
Buttons in PopUps are even worse. Sometimes I can close the window only after 10 atempts, I have to press the button always over 10 seconds.
This behaviour is not acceptable and the software must be updateted to react quicker on user inputs.
