Question Meridian Flip (force or disable): concerns only Goto or while tracking?

Hello,
1.) do these options (force Meridian flip or Disable Meridian flip) concern only the next Goto or will the mount follow the settings while tracking
= will the mount perform a Meridian flip while tracking?
Until now I did not experience that but maybe I did not wait long enough...

2.) When using Session Craft in APT and enabling "Make Automatic Flip" APT will force the mount to flip at the time you set (x minutes before reaching the Meridian).
I just want to be sure that there is no interference between the StarGo behaviour and APT.
