...I actually return almost deep-frozen from my balcony - leading me to search for a remote solution.
In addition to the topic "connect-zwo-asiair-to-avalon-linear-stargo" I am wondering how to remote control the StarGo and still use my MGEN II.
Meanwhile there is an App to remote control the MGEN II via PC. Is there a solution as a remote hub for StarGo, MGEN, DSLR?
Do I have to start a remote session on a PI?
Any suggestions?

Hi Peter,
the easiest way should be using a PI and connecting all your equipment to it. Running VNC on the PI will enable you to control it from all your devices.

Sorry for my late response. I would recommend a RPi 4 with at least 2GB.

RPi 3 is OK, but 1GB is slightly tight.

Hi Wolfgang (and everyone here),
thanks for the information - I was thinking about that RPi but decided to buy this MiniPC here:
www.minipc-shop.eu/minix-neo-z83-4-plus-64gb-4gb.html
...W10Pro on board, 12 V, works well.
But it took me some time to get a peer to peer connection from my notebook to the Mini PC (without a "base- network" as a local WLAN, a hotspot or a access point).
One need to install the "Adhoc manager" to get this realized.

by the way: two days ago I was in the Eifel-region, minus 7 C, oversaturated air, everything was icy, there was an ice-layer on my Lenovo ThinkPad (MiniPC not yet installed) as well as on the M Zero - no problem!
