What do you exactly mean that the software no longer react?

By double clicking on the StarGo icon the software doesn’t start? (see attachment)

In this case try to perform a new, clean installation of the software, then try again to run it.

In case, also in this way, the normal software behaviour cannot be restored, we are available for a remote desktop connection in order to help you.

Once the software will properly run again, we can adjust the LED illuminator light and, after this, you will be able to control the mount directly with your mobile device. The LED light will keep the selected adjustment level.
