Solved M-due hitting mount limits and change in pointing model

Hello. I am having some issues with Avalon M-Due may be you could help me out. The problem it seems to be related with the mount limits. It appears that the mount does not recognize the minus symbol and in the  dec lower limit which is -45 it reads +45 and when it hits it loses the mount pointing model and it thinks actually that it is at -45. I decided to put it at -90 and if it reads +90 it s the same that the high limit. Anyway I think it is still hitting limits in RA or Dec in the north side and loosing the pointing model. Is there a way to deactivate the mount limits? Best regards

Tha Avalon team was very reactive in sending the needed firmware to fix this issue.
