I have implemented a tool for fully automated polar alignment with Avalon's motorized polar alignment system and iOptron iPolar.
It's fully open source and there is now a release build available here:

I've only been able to test it with my own M-Uno, but it will probably work with any Avalon mount that has the standard StarGo controller and motorized polar alignment upgrade.
