We just released the StarGo 6.2.0 SP2 version that fix the OCX error. You can download it from our Support Page.

Hi Stefano

Thanks for the update! First I simply installed the new version on top of the existing one. Now a new error message appears. Even uninstalling the previous version and reinstalling the new version did not help. Have a look at the new error message here:

Hi Dane we just released the SP3 version where all the OCX files extensions has been completely removed.

The problem should be fixed.

Please download the SP3 version from our Support Page then just run the installer, no firmware upgrade is needed.

Hi Stefano. Thank you, now i can start it. But now i have the next problem. I connected the StarGo with USB to my pc. Now i have the problem, that windows do not recognize StarGo. Where i can find the driver for it?
